• improper toilet gaskets allowing water to soak into and rot the sub-flooring around the toilet
• lack of or insufficient vapor barrier
• scattered wood debris
• wood-soil contact
• poor ventilation
• standing water
• miscellaneous water sources causing rot, etc.

Without this basic “blueprint,” these undetected conditions cost homeowners millions of dollars in repair costs each year.

Our certified technicians will listen to your concerns and investigate these situations in-depth with a highly trained eye and acquired knowledge. His/her inspection focus is on the outside of your home, as well as the sub-area crawlspace underneath your home (and inside the home if/when necessary).

You will be informed of:

• any pest presence (current or past),
• pest damage, and /or
• conditions that are conducive to pest activity and infestation.
