Wood Destroying Insect Inspections/Specific Inspections (WDI)

This is an inspection of the exterior and substructure of a house or building. It will include the sub-area crawl space underneath your home and starts with our trained technician taking the time to listen to your concerns.

We will inform you of any past evidence of, current activity, pest damage, and/or conditions that are conducive to pest activity and infestation. A formatted diagram will be provided which illustrates and identifies the location(s) of these concerns.

Our technicians are certified and licensed by the Washington State Department of Agriculture and are experienced in the detection, identification and treatment of all Wood Destroying Organisms, i.e. – Carpenter Ants, Subterranean Termites, Wood Infesting Beetles, etc., nuisance pests and rodents (rats and mice).

A preventive maintenance program is your best course of action to prevent future problems as treatments cannot guarantee you’ll remain pest free. We offer preventive maintenance programs based on each clients’ particular needs and specific seasons, and which particular pests are active within those seasons.
