After a specialized treatment has been performed, a preventive maintenance program is your best course of action to prevent future problems as treatments cannot guarantee you will remain pest free.

While we can begin a preventive maintenance schedule without first performing a treatment, it is highly recommended you start with an inspection and treatment (if warranted). There are different types of pests which require specific treatment steps, using specific products, treatment methods, and product placement locations. A preventive maintenance program then follows the specialized treatment to protect your home or business from re-infestation.

We offer preventive maintenance programs based on each clients’ particular needs. Specific seasons require specific products, treatment timelines, and knowledgeable technique in order to identify and protect against particular pests active within those seasons.
