Altho’ it seems like yesterday, your wonderful Employees, Matt and Karl, arrived late afternoon, July 21, just in from another job, to save me from more yellow jacket bites!
I had called for help because I’d had such good service from you for finding a mouse in my house as year or so ago.
I had not seen any signs of yellow jackets, and had been watering regularly, but this time several attacked me and stung me many times on hands and arms. Karl and Matt listened carefully when I told them what had happened and showed them where I’d been watering. They went to the exact place and found the opening hole to an underground nest!I’d unknowingly put the sprinkler head right over the hole, infuriating the yellow jackets who headed right for me!
Your crew took care of putting poison in the hole with definite instructions to stay away from that end of yard at least 7 days, and to not let anyone else near either! They answered all my questions about the nesting and the stinging, and advised me how to protect against it happening again!
I did have them give me their names so I could send a note to your company, to tell you of their excelIent service! They gave me advice on future stinger insects and how to protect against in the future. I honestly don’t know if I mentioned going to ER due to my age (89!yrs) and not knowing what kind of reaction I might experience! I did go, they checked me out and prescribed 2 Different meds for me, which I’m still taking and I’m still itching!!
I will certainly recommend your company for pest control, and particularly Karl and Matt! They were polite And helped me every way they could!

We have used Lind Pest Control in the past. We had a bee problem many years ago and they came out right away and took care of it. So I always have Lind Pest Control on the front of my mind.
So when we had an ant problem I just called them with no hesitation and did not shop around. Ian did a good job with me over the phone, answering questions that I had about ants in general.
He was able to book me an appointment time for the next day. The service tech was on time and was very good at going over what he was about to do and answered some more questions I had as well too.
He did a really good job in spraying all the outside areas. And also explained what he was doing on the inside. After 24 hours I went to check on the outside ants and they seemed to be gone! I would recommend Lind Pest Control to anyone and use them again! Thank you for your great service!

I have used Lind Pest Control for 7 years now. They come out quarterly to spray the perimeter of my house, eaves, etc. for spiders, ants and other insects, and perform inspections of my crawl space when required.
Their customer service is great. Keith was the technician who performed the service this time and has been out quite frequently in the past. He is excellent: always on time, knowledgeable, very personable, respectful and efficient. Other technicians have also done a very good job.

As a local Realtor, I often have the need to refer a good local Pest Control company, and Lind Pest Control has been very helpful in helping by clients, whether a buyer or a seller. While we no longer have the cabin on Herron Island, we would like to highly recommend LIND PEST CONTROL. We were happy customers from the moment we contacted them
in July of 2009 until we sold the property in 2018. They came out on a quarterly basis and always called 2-7 days before they came to make sure it was convenient.
They treated for ground crawling insects, carpenter ants and rodents and did an annual inspection of crawl space beneath the cabin at no extra charge as preventive maintenance. It is truly a wonderful company with a caring staff.

First, thanks to Kayla for setting up the type of service which meets the particular setting of my home. The photo of the technician was a great addition to the confirmation of service. We began with Randy’s excellent customer service, and that has continued through with each technician who has serviced our home/garage. We really appreciate the inspection service as it has allowed us to be notified of potential problems early on, allowing us to correct these issues before they become disasters.
This last inspection with by Jeremy Button is a great example. Mr. Button notified us of a septic pipe leakage in our crawl space (we have a rambler and thus a long stretch of pipe under the house). We were able to schedule the plumber out the same week, have the pipe replaced, and avoid a potential disaster!
We spread the good word about Lind Pest Control & Inspection Services to all our friends. We do not participate in social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.), but we do use our email and word-of-mouth.

We’ve been with Lind Pest Control for over a year now and by far, we are so pleased with their service. Our first visit included an extensive crawlspace inspection and removing a few rodents. They identified several ports of possible entry and we sealed them up. We went on a quarterly maintenance program with them since we have a large home and garages on over an acre so it is worth it to have them come out and keep our place clear of rodents.
What we like most about Lind, is that they are always on time. When they say 2:00 PM, they mean 2:00 PM. Their technicians are competent, thorough, friendly and always going the extra mile to make sure the work is done. Their equipment and trucks are immaculate which says how much they care about their business.

The level of professionalism, very informative answers and excellent customer service skills I experienced during my initial coversations with you, were the reason I selected LIND over the 3 other companies I contacted prior to speaking with you.
I believe I passed on that compliment to Mr. Lind when he was here. I was very pleased with the service and Mr. Lind even identified additional work needed when he was in the crawl space.
My bathtub is not hooked up and has been draining down there for who knows how long. He said the vapor barrier needs replacing and I was told only 4 years ago by an inspector that it was in excellent condition.
Who knows what further damage would have occurred had Mr. Lind not identified these issues.

The first inspection was our Triplex, where we asked for an inspection of spiders and mice. Our house was swarming in ants, to the point where my husband and I and our 4 kids all slept in the same room. We had ants in our clothes, in our food and even in our dishwasher. The ants were huge and plentiful. We went to a local store and purchased 60 bucks worth of supplies to try to get rid of the ants; and to find out we were killing some but also moving them throughout the house.

To all the staff at Lind Pest. I had employed another local pest control service and after numerous tries to correct my bill the owner decided to stop my service and would not listen to my explanation to the cause of my non-payment which they had received but FORGOT to post.
